Christopher S. Moore

Before forming CSMCC in 2004, Mr. Moore held a series of senior management positions at investment banks which combined through acquisitions (Furman Selz, [Head of Fixed Income/Chairman of Investment Banking Division]; ING Barings, [Deputy CEO of the Americas]; and ABN AMRO, [Vice Chairman]). Prior to this, Mr. Moore was a principal investor at Field Point Capital Corporation, a leveraged buyout firm. Before that, Mr. Moore was a General Partner at Bear, Stearns & Co., responsible for the Capital
Mr. Moore serves as Board Member, Treasurer, Member of the Executive Committee, and Chairman of the Finance/Investment Committee of the Metropolitan Opera Guild. Mr. Moore also serves as Board Member and Treasurer of The Lincoln Fund, a New York-based foundation.
Mr. Moore leverages his extensive background in corporate finance and financial markets to oversee acquisitions, financing, and portfolio management.
Mr. Moore received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University in 1979.
Eric B. Hantman

Relevant Experience: 13 Years
Mr. Hantman contributes to the acquisitions and underwriting of self storage facilities and oversees the closing process for both acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Hantman has over 13 years' experience in the financial services industry and previously worked at UBS.
Mr. Hantman graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
Madeleine A. Haight
Analyst, Member of the First Neck Investment Committee
Relevant Experience: 1 Year
Madeleine primarily focuses on real estate funds, providing market research and analysis to the Investment Committee and also conducts active manager due diligence.
Madeleine graduated from Washington and Lee University in June 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting, minoring in Art History.

Relevant Experience: 16 Years
Prior to co-founding SSCP in 2013, Mr. Ramage was a Managing Director in the Valuation & Advisory group at Colliers International, with prior experience at Cushman & Wakefield and Ernst & Young. Mr. Ramage has extensive background in the appraisal of real estate assets, including: self storage, vacant land, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial properties, commercial properties, manufactured homes, warehouses, apartment complexes, and resorts and hotels. Over his career, Mr. Ramage has conducted appraisals on over 300 self storage facilities, valued at more than $2 billion. Mr. Ramage has earned the Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation.
Mr. Ramage's primary responsibilities include sourcing opportunities, financial analysis and valuations, acquisitions, and oversight of legal and accounting functions.
Mr. Ramage received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University in 2001 and received his Masters of Business Administration from Drexel University in 2005.

Relevant Experience: 10 Years
Prior to co-founding SSCP in 2013, Mr. Lang was a Senior Associate Broker at Colliers International focusing on the sales and leasing of industrial buildings in the Philadelphia market. In addition to his real estate experience, the early part of Mr. Lang's career was spent leading the Business Development and Operations for a manufacturing firm producing all natural chemicals.
Mr. Lang has over 10 years of real estate portfolio management experience and currently oversees all management functions for Snapbox Self Storage locations. Through implementation of technology systems, a proprietary pricing strategy, and a blend of digital and traditional marketing, Mr. Lang and his team have delivered operational performance comparable to the REITs in the industry.
Mr. Lang's key responsibilities include acquisitions, management, vendor contracts and negotiations, employee training, and marketing campaign development.
Mr. Lang received his Bachelor of Arts degree from West Chester University in 2003.

Relevant Experience: 2 Years
Vu Le is responsible for developing financial models, cash flow projections as well as performing initial valuation and market research for potential acquisitions.
Vu graduated from the LeBow College of Business at Drexel University, earning a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Business Analytics.
