First Neck Self-Storage ("FNSS") seeks to aquire and manage self storage properties in primary and secondary markets with the goal of creating consistent, tax-efficient distributions and property appreciation for its investors.
Our strategy includes the following acquisition criteria:
• Value-add Class A and B Self Storage properties above 40,000 sq. ft.
• Properties located in Top 100 MSAs with positive demographics and supply/demand dynamics within the local trade area.
